You pick a time and place from the available delivery slots and we’ll deliver on time and in full or we’ll give you £50 BUILT/ credit*. We’ll send you notifications right up to the point delivery is made so you can crack on with getting the job done and never worry about when your delivery is going to turn up or if stuff will be missing again.
Place an order for delivery with BUILT/ and you’ll get:

This promise is only related to orders placed with BUILT for delivery to a predefined and agreed location at a specific day and time which is offered by BUILT/ and accepted by the customer. "On time" means the driver has arrived at the specified delivery address delivery no later than 30 mins from the agreed delivery time. "In full" refers to the customers order being delivered complete with everything they successfully checked out with and was detailed in their order confirmation communication. Any items unexpectedly missing from the order would class the order as incomplete and the customer would be entitled to receive the £50 credit to their account. In the case of an order being split into two packages the customer will be required to select a delivery day and time for each part of the order. Each separate scheduled delivery will be classed as a different order and subsequently will be delivered at different times. This will be made clear to the customer during the checkout process and in the relevant order confirmation communications. In this case the customer will not be entitled to claim £50 credit for their entire order being fulfiled in a different deliveries. If any of the individual parts of the order is delivered later than 30 mins from the specified ETA then they will be entitled to claim £50 credit. We will credit the customers BUILT/ account with £50 of credit if the delivery is later than 30 mins from the estimated time of arrival slot offered by BUILT/ and accepted by the customer at the time the purchase was made. If the order is edited after the initial order confirmation was sent to the customer and the original eta was changed to a different day or time then the latest confirmed eta will be the one used to measure whether the delivery was made on time. If any items are added to the order after the original order is placed then they need to be confirmed as being added to the original order and confirmed as being accepted by BUILT/ to be part of the original delivery slot offered and accepted by the customer. If it is not possible to fit the new additional items required by the customer on to the original delivery slot selected by the customer then a new delivery slot will be offered and these additional items will come on a different delivery slot and the “In full” promise will not apply. However, if any of the items which were part of the original order are missing when the delivery is made this order would qualify. The time the order was officially delivered to the customer will be the time logged by the system that the vehicle arrived at the defined location and the notification was triggered to the mobile phone number provided by the customer at the time the order was confirmed. BUILT/ will notify the customer if any items are missing from the order at the time the delivery is made. It is the responsibility of the customer to notify BUILT/ at the time the delivery is made if they believe something that was part of their order is missing and it has not been detailed. The £50 credit will be applied to the customers BUILT/ account no later than 28 days from the delivery date selected by the customer. The credit can be used as part or full payment against a future order from BUILT/. The £50 credit cannot be withdrawn from the BUILT/ account. BUILT/’s decision as to whether the customer is entitled to the £50 credit is final. In the event that the customer is not satisfied with the outcome and they wish to dispute the time the delivery was made then they can contact BUILT/ by using any of the channels detailed on the contact us section of the website [include a link] or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of the delivery of the goods to the customer.
